Cat is an embodied movement alchemist, working with the layers of body, emotions and energy to help people heal. With 1300 hours of qualifications under her belt, she has expertise as a movement specialist, meditation teacher, sound therapist, breathwork coach, sacred dance facilitator and transformational retreat director.
Cat's passion for being a way-shower for other people is what makes her work so special. She is here to empower people to trust their inner guru, to connect with their intuition and to heal past wounds that have been holding them back.
Soul Sanctuary retreats aren't your average yoga retreats. We ask our guests to not only explore the physical practice of yoga, but to be willing to delve into a journey of deep healing through many different modalities.
