REGULATE, DAY 7: PAUSE & RELEASE YIN
Closing out our REGULATE series, we have a 60-minute Yin class. Starting with the lower body and some shorter 2-minute holds, moving towards the heart space for some long juicy and expansive holds.
This class is pregnancy friendly, but without prenatal specific cues. I recommend NOT taking the final heart opener, or instead picking a class from our prenatal library.
