POWER PLAY FLOW
Welcome to a spicy yoga workout flow! Expect to find a lot of malasana squats, dolphins, utkatasana pulses and balance work. You’ll need a block for one section of this class, but if you don’t have one, you’ll be fine without.
This class is PREGNANCY SAFE, but without specific prenatal cuing. I would also class this as an advanced pregnancy safe class.
