This Soul Sanctuary retreat with founder, Cat Meffan, asks you to come exactly as you are. To be open to transformation, playfulness, emotional vulnerability, fun, relaxation and a lot of embodied yoga, breath and movement.

YOUR HOME FOR THE RETREAT
Your journey begins here, where the gentle rhythm of the Portuguese countryside meets the quiet elegance of contemporary living. Nestled within 130 hectares of protected land, our retreat house invites you to root & rise. Once a historic family farm and now a thoughtfully restored sanctuary, our retreat house holds the legacy of four generations. This is a place where nature is honoured, time slows down, and you’re gently reminded of life’s simple beauty.



Soul Sanctuary retreats aren't your average yoga retreats. We ask our guests to not only explore the physical practice of yoga and movement, but to be willing to delve into a journey of deep healing through many different modalities.

PLANT- BASED LIVING
The nourishing, plant-based meals at the retreat are not only delicious and filling but also wholesome, crafted with love to fuel your body and soul. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared fresh, offering a perfect balance of flavour, nutrition, and energy. Whether it's vibrant vegan bowls, nutrient-dense smoothies, or mouth-watering desserts, each meal is designed to support your wellness journey, and leave you feeling revitalised and refreshed.
We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, provided they align with a plant-based diet. In some rare cases, highly specific or complex needs may be beyond what we can offer.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
5 nights of accommodation (Check in is from 4pm. Check out is at 9am)
2 classes per day (one yoga, one either yoga, sound or breathwork - apart from on our beach trip day when there will be no evening class)
Brunch, Light Lunch & Dinner
All teas/coffee and a morning refreshment
Taxis to one afternoon trip to the beach

Alcohol (this isn’t something I provide as part of my retreats, and would prefer everyone to abstain from alcohol for the duration of the retreat.)

Single bed in same-sex twin room with ensuite bathroom - £2,625 per person
Private room with ensuite bathroom & terrace – £3,150 per person (£2,750 each if two people share)
