Welcome to Day One of your STRONG festive challenge, offering a sneak peek of what’s to come in Yoganuary 9.0. In this 20-minute flow led by our founder Cat Meffan, we ground ourselves in the strength we possess, moving side to side to activate the hips and connect deeply with the breath as we honour our rooted power.

In this 20-minute class with guest teacher Emma, you will tap into the transformative power of Qigong to resource yourself amidst life's challenges. Through mindful movement and breath, you will cultivate inner strength and balance, empowering you to navigate stress and uncertainty with greater resilience and ease.

Join Joa on the mat for a 20-minute activating flow. Being strong relates to consistency and persistence, which is what we'll focus on in this short, but challenging class. Expect lots of dolphin, low planks and some arm balances. Take pauses when you need too and lean into challenge when it feels good.

In this 20-minute walking meditation with guest teacher Sadé, each step is a grounding journey, inviting presence and strength. Guided by breath and sound, we connect to the earth and the quiet power within our souls. We recommend doing this meditation whilst walking, but if you'd rather be grounded at home, you can still enjoy it.

On Day 5 of our STRONG challenge, we have a 20-minute flow guided by guest teacher Caroline. We connect deeply with the breath to cultivate strength and grounding, moving with presence as we honour our bodies and minds. Try to find that harmony between the breath being a guide for the body.

In this 20-minute stretchy vinyasa practice with our guest teacher Lena, we explore a sense of expansion, inviting both physical and mental space as we celebrate and strengthen our bodies together. Our stretches will be active in this class, so use your breath to help you find rhythm and openess.

Our final class of the STRONG challenge is with our founder, Cat Meffan. In this final 20-minute practice guided by our founder Cat Meffan, we celebrate the strength cultivated over the past week. Together, we bring awareness to a STRONG body, mind, soul and breath, moving through playful balances and holds with lightness and resilience.
