yoganuary 3.0, day 30: fancy a playdate?

We’re getting playful again in #Yoganuary Day 30, with a juicy vinyasa flow. As always, take the practice in your stride, take breaks when you need to and challenge yourself when it feels good to do so. After 29 days of yoga, I have no doubt in my mind that you’re stronger than when we started, even if January has taken it out of you, once you’ve had time to rest, you’ll see the strength coming through.
