yoganuary 7.0, day 16: postures + props
We’re using props to create more depth in our awareness, understanding and connection to natarajasana – dancer pose. We use blocks to create activation into the back of the legs and a strap to create spaciousness through the front body. We take dancer pose on a journey as we transition from the floor, to kneeling to standing.
