Throughout this 30-minute flow, your focus will be on balance. Try to lift out of the feet, feeling the body reach higher and higher through each pose, coming into that feeling of lightness again. If you fall out of a posture, try not to let frustration get the better of you. Take a moment to pause, smile to yourself and feel lighthearted through everything that you find both easy and challenging.
