journey to splits: episode 7
LET’S GET DEEP! This 30-minute flow will explore both long held yin shapes, mixed with some fluid moving. Try to cultivate a sense of surrender and release as we go and remember, that if you’re feeling stuck or tight at this stage of the journey, it’s completely normal. What’s important is that you’re aware of your body and that you listen to it. We’ll also have a play around with our middle split today.
