honour & invert flow

We’re in our theme of Surrender and inversions are something that can trigger a lot of emotions for us. In this practice you’ll be honouring those emotions as you move through the flow, knowing that it is ENTIRELY up to you whether you fly your feet off the ground or not. Pause and take moments to check in with yourself, asking “how do I feel” and knowing that whatever the answer, it’s ok.
