
arm balance series: astavakrasana
It’s day four of our arm balance challenge and today we’re working through a flow to get us fired up and ready for astavakrasana, also known as ‘crazy eight pose’. Though this does require lots of flexibility and strength, like many of the other arm balances, we can modify and also use the power of counter balance. I hope you enjoy it!
