yoganuary 3.0, day 4: deep & stretchy
After the last two days of #Yoganuary being pretty dynamic on the mat, I’m chilling you out today with a nice deep stretch with a focus on the lower body. Really try to connect to your breath throughout this whole practice. Ideally you’d be connected in every practice, but if you sometimes struggle and lose the connection, it can be easier to find it in slower flows like this one.
