yoganuary 3.0, day 29: it’s all in the hips!
We’re kicking off #Yoganuary Day 29 with a yummy hip mobility practice. Fusing together both strength and flexibility, we’re moving into a place where we can get strong and also deepen our range of movement. Some parts may feel a little awkward, but in time if you keep working through flows like this, you’ll find it getting easier.
