
yoganuary 3.0, day 28: on mondays, we meditate
Welcome to #Yoganuary Day 28 and another Monday meditation. Today’s practice will have you seated whilst meditating and then taking a soothing and short upper body stretch. If you’re able to make time for it, I actually recommend doing this practice before bed, as a way of winding down from a busy day. No worries if you only have time this morning, it will serve you just as well.
