In this 30-minute practice, we take our awareness and energy down into the pelvis and hips. We’ll be finding a sense of ease to begin with, before venturing through shapes like warrior 2, pigeon and 90/90 hip mobility drills, whilst finding the ebb and flow of how our emotions shift with the sequence.
