60-minutes to fire up through some twists and to breathe deeply into the side body as we flow and grow. Mandala flows are book-ended with yin, while we move dynamically the whole way around the mat in between. Be sure to listen to your body, come back to our mantra “This is Me” and check in with the YOU you are today. Take pauses and child’s pose whenever you need and remember to breathe. You’ve got this!
