yoganuary 5.0, day 16: water mandala
Welcome to Day 16 and a 60-minute watery mandala flow. We’ll sandwich the flow with some yummy yin postures, whilst we move dynamically and fluidly around the mat in between. If you get lost at any point in the practice, allow yourself a moment to pause and breathe. These flows can be tough when you’re newer to them, so be kind to yourself and enjoy the process!
