In this 30-minute vinyasa flow, our focus is on the breath and allowing the breath to help us dance through the practice as we build up to a peak posture. At any time that the practice gets too much, take a moment to pause, take some time to re-arrive in child’s pose and lay down your foundations and intention to then continue.
