A 30-minute qigong practice with Emma to consciously reprogramme your energy through the power of intention. You’ll work with the Metal element (letting go, clear seeing) and the Wood element (vision and growth) to cultivate both release and purposeful direction. This session invites you to direct your qi with clear and calm intention, through breath, visualisation, gentle movement and mindful pauses.
