This 30-minute Yoga/Pilates fusion class is designed to strengthen and ground the body with a slow and steady intention. Bringing all parts of the self back to centre and into alignment. We begin lying down, connected to breath, whilst moving through a core and glutes sequence. Then make our way to standing for a gentle flow to strengthen the legs, balance and stability. It’s time to lay strong foundations and move with awareness and joy. So take a deep breath, and let’s get moving.
