This playful and challenging 30-minute Yoga/Pilates fusion class is designed to help you shake off old energy, come back to centre and create space for the new. We begin with a standing, flowing sequence to engage balance, strengthen the legs and draw focus inwards. Then transition down onto the mat to bring energy to the core and glutes before taking a gentle stretch. The perfect class to shift energy and refresh both the body and mind. No equipment needed, so just take a deep breath, and let’s get moving.
