In this slow and balanced vinyasa flow, we’re being guided by a 5-count inhale and a 5-count exhale. Our transitions between every shape should be slow and intentional. We will move through standing splits, half moons, eagles and warrior threes as our stronger shapes, followed by a longer stretchy section on the floor.
