SPACE TO EMBRACE: PRENATAL WITH RACHNA

This pre-natal ‘posture in motion’ class will help you create space in your body so that you can fully embrace the journey through motherhood; from hosting your baby, growing and birthing. You’ll work specifically from the ground up in this class, starting with your feet, pelvis, ribs, upper & lateral body and then work your way into various rotational movements. Remember to honour your body & baby by modifying or adjusting yourself to create a path of least resistance.

EQUIPMENT: Chair / stool or plyobox (your knee height), yoga strap and blocks.
