slow & stretchy kindness flow

In this 30-minute slow and stretchy yoga flow we create space for love, both internally and externally. We practice one of the yamas in the 8 limbs of yoga, ahimsa. Translated as non-violence, we can also connect to ahimsa by bringing more kindness into our lives and to the lives of those around us. Expect a deep stretch through the whole body.
