In this posture therapy routine, you’ll start to learn that the issues you may be experiencing in your shoulders and thoracic spine have very little to do with that part of your body. You’ll start to understand better how the ribcage and pelvis play a huge role in helping you restore proper function. You will start with a few posture corrective exercises followed by functional movement / strength drills so that you can repair, reconfigure and reinforce the muscles.
