ROCKET II: BACKBENDS

In this 60-minute class, we’ll explore a version of the second Rocket sequence, which has more of a focus on backbends. This is a fiery and advanced practice, but with the possibility to take lots of modifications if you wish to. Be kind to yourself and have fun!
