Join Caroline for a 30-minute nourishing vinyasa flow designed to help you create a retreat within your own space. This is an invitation to slow down, turn inward + prioritise your well-being. The practice begins with journaling prompts to set a self-care intention, guiding you to reflect on what you need to feel nourished + rejuvenated. We’ll then move through a gentle, flowing sequence with intentional pauses to “retreat” into postures. The session closes with a calming meditation, helping you carry this sense of peace + care into the rest of your day.
