Welcome to Episode 6 of our Progress to Pincha course. Today we take our practice over to the wall, learning the best techniques for having the wall as support for pincha, without allowing it to do all the work for us. This 45-minute practice has the capacity to be pretty intense on those shoulders, so make sure to take as many pauses as you need to.
