Welcome, or welcome back to Pilates. I am so excited to move with you. Over the next 30 minutes, we will take our time to go over some of the basic movements, shapes, terminology and cues commonly seen in Pilates. This class is designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence needed to step onto the mat and truly ENJOY your workouts. We’ll be devoting equal time to practicing our technique, and feeling that famous Pilates ‘burn’. So take a deep breath, and let’s get moving.
