Peach, booty, buns, glutes! Whatever you call it, we are working on it today. This 20-minute class is dedicated entirely to developing and strengthening some of the most important muscles in your body for movement, stability and function – the glutes! We’ll be moving through bridging, side lying and all fours during this class to work those buns from all angles. A resistance band above the knees is optional, but not necessary. So as soon as you’re ready, let’s get moving!
