In this 60-minute class we spend the first half opening and stretching the body, preparing it for Pincha Mayurasana, forearm stand. As we move to the second half of the class, we’ll bring in more strength and fluidity, moving to build a strong foundation before reaching Pincha. You do NOT need to be able to do Pincha to take part in this class.
