Within this is chanting, connecting to mantras such as Om, and feeling into the vibrational energy shifts created. The sounds created hold magic and take us to that higher power that we all have nestled inside of us. We know that chanting and singing is great for relieving stress, as it improves vagal tone and stimulate our vagus nerve.
