In this gentle but super yummy routine, we’ll be tackling all the knots, tension and limitations in and around your neck, jaw and upper shoulder area. You’ll use specific posture routines in the beginning of the routine followed by some nerve flossing. Nerve flossing is a great way to release fascia and release the lymphatic system to restore your body to a parasympathetic state; thereby reducing stress, pain, aches or tension.
