may flow 2: power up 30-minute
In this 30-minute practice, we’ll be taking our yoga into more of a workout style. Powering up through the whole body, maybe getting a bit of a sweat on as we do so. Don’t forget that our theme for the month is lightness, so even when the body starts to feel heavy and things start to challenge you, breathe into it and feel into the light parts of the body and mind. Take moments to feel grateful for being able to show up on your mat in the first place.
