A lot of the time, your lower back has nothing / little to do with why your back hurts nor have the issues you’ve been diagnosed with. So, using this 3 step method, you’ll learn to assess your balance, do a gentle but specific posture routine followed by some functional movement. This routine is suitable for all levels, including pre or post natal (except the first) and all types of pain / injury. You will need a block & yoga strap (or suitable alternatives) for this routine.
