july flow 4: to split or not to split
The hips are an area where we can find a lot of resistance, but also for some people, a lot of freedom and joy. This matched with working towards the goals of being able to do the splits is a place where feelings and emotions can really start to flow. Take your time throughout this practice to feel into your body and don’t push yourself too far. As always, breathe.
