In the first part of this routine, we will focus on a few posture exercises to restore a wonky pelvis and release any dysfunction / compensation patterns first. Then we will move onto some juicy movement and drills to help the muscles memorise this reconfigured position. This routine is suitable for all levels, including pre or post natal as well as all types of pain / injury. You will need a yoga block & strap (or suitable alternatives) for this routine.
