This class is an invitation to explore the layers of the self through movement. Grounding hip openers to release tension, connect with stability, awaken a deeper sense of presence in the body, and heart-opening backbends, to invite vulnerability, courage, and expansion from within. Forward bends and hip work guide us inward, toward stillness, reflection, and the truths that live in our depths. Backbends shine light into the heart space, helping us move forward with openness and strength.
