This 60-minute mandala flow lands on an earth day in the Mayan calendar, so today we’ll be flowing 360 degrees around the mat, creating beautiful lines through the body as we ground and open in the hips. There will be the option to take some more advanced postures, BUT as always, listen to your body and how YOU feel. Starting and ending with a bit of yin, you’ll leave this practice feeling energised and restored.
