episode 4: hiit baby hiit!
Hello endorphins! This 30-minute class blends Pilates principles with HIIT (high intensity interval training) to give you a highly energising, total body workout. We will be performing each exercise (at our own comfortable pace) for 30 seconds before taking 10 seconds rest, the whole way through. There are options and variations for everyone. Strong hearts, strong lungs, strong minds here we go. So grab a water bottle and towel, then take a deep breath and lets get moving!
