episode 2: slow, steady and strong
During this 30-minute mat Pilates class we’ll energise and ignite the entire body. Placing focus on moving with precision and control in order to build strength from within. We’ll begin standing with a strengthening, lower body sequence. Then make our way down to the mat for some yummy side lying core and glute work. Let’s connect mind and body to build a strong, steady and resilient body.
