This 30-minute classic Pilates class begins with a spicy core strengthening sequence, followed by a booty burner (of course). We’ll then finish with some standing leg work and a spicy little touch of cardio. A great ‘all round’ class to come back to time and time again. So take a deep breath and let’s get moving!
