Welcome to our month of stability, where we focus on slow and powerful movement to build stability and strength in the body. In this 30-minute practice we focus on the deep core muscles, which are made up of the Transversus Abdominis, Multifidus, Pelvic Floor and Diaphragm. Use the breath as always to help guide you.
