Firstly, this is a practice that you can come to even if you’re not feeling angry. Don’t get put off by the title! In this 20-minute class we’ll use breath, meditation and a little bit of movement to build the emotion up to it’s peak and then balance ourselves out into the para-sympathetic nervous system.
