5 Tips for a Happy Heart with Lena
1. Honour your boundaries
A happy heart better not be overwhelmed and stressed out. Learn to say no and let go of the pressure you're putting on yourself.
2. Celebrate your achievements
Nothing is ever good enough? YOU are though. I invite you to celebrate and be proud of your achievements - in whatever form those may be.
3. Feel all the feelings
Harder said than done. It's within our human experience that we feel happiness, joy, freedom, love etc. on the one hand, but on the other there is also anger, frustration, boredom, grief and the rather "negative" emotions. A happy heart does not suppress the "bad" emotions but honours the darker sides of the soul as well.
4. Prioritise rest & self care
Breathe. Be present. Treat yourselves to food that makes the heart happy. Surround yourselves with people who make your heart dance. But pause every now and then to recharge your batteries and to just be.
5. Find mindful moments during your day
Long day in the office? Restless-ness? Take a step back and check in with what your body, mind and soul need in this moment. Listen & act accordingly.
