I am extremely excited to be facilitating this WOMEN'S ONLY retreat. This is an exploration of your sacred feminine energy, an invitation to go beyond the surface of what it means to be a woman.
This retreat will be slightly different to those I have facilitated in the past, as the focus will expand into the untouched realms of the goddess that resides within you. See full schedule below.
We will still be doing yoga, but we will also be adventuring through somatic movement, breathwork, sensual exploration, sacred feminine dance and will have a very special womb healing ceremony with Felicity Weston.

Please note that we only have SHARED twin rooms available for this retreat. This alone is another invitation to be brave, vulnerable and open. There will be 16 guests in total.
WHERE: Algarve, Portugal (Near Tavira)
WHEN: 21st - 24th February 2025 (check in is at 4:30pm and check out is at 9:00am)
COST: £1,500 per person (shared female twin room) - this includes your accommodation, all food and all classes.
- Please note that all rooms have their own private, but open-entrance bathroom. This means that the entrance/doorway is a curtain rather than a solid door. We have hosted a retreat here before and our guests have been absolutely fine with it.
- Flights and transfers are NOT included, though we can help suggest flights for anyone that is unsure and we can help arrange transfers.
- Payment plans are available, but a 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.
- The final balance is due no later than December 20th 2024.
- Spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis.

THE RETREAT HOUSE
Our retreat house is nestled in nature, just a 45-minute drive from Faro airport. This space boasts a natural pool, a lake to swim in, orange trees to pick from, a dedicated yoga shala and beautifully designed rooms and communal spaces.
FOOD
We will have two large meals per full day (brunch and dinner), plus a pre-practice smoothie and a snack/light lunch at around 2pm. Our fully plant-based menu is set to be extremely delicious as always. Teas and fruit will be available throughout the full stay. We do not serve any alcohol on our retreats and only allow plant based food on the premises.
GUEST TEACHER + WOMB HEALING
Cat Meffan will be the main space holder on this retreat, but we also have a very special guest healer joining us. Felicity Weston is a Medicine Woman, Intuitive Healer & Mentor - working with ceremony, ritual, sound, movement & energy. She will be guiding guests through a Pilgrimage Of The Womb Ceremony.
This is a journey to traverse the wild and beautiful internal landscape of the womb - with the intention to meet with unintegrated parts, heal and activate this powerful portal of creation.
Womb connection & healing is suitable for any woman at any age of life, as whether you are preparing your body and energy for new life, bringing a new creative project to fruition, reawakening your sexual desire and full feminine expression, healing from birth or sexual trauma.

This schedule will give you a strong insight as to the flow of the retreat, but please note that this is subject to change.
This retreat is here to allow you time to feel deeply into your true and most aligned self. We will ask what it means to shine in all of your goddess glory, we will unearth what is holding you back from letting your wild woman be free and you will be doing all of this this whilst being held in a sacred container with a sisterhood that you will go on to cherish.

ABOUT CAT MEFFAN
Cat Meffan, founder of the Soul Sanctuary, is an embodied movement alchemist, working with the layers of body, emotions and energy to help people heal. With 1300 hours of qualifications under her belt, she has expertise as a movement specialist, meditation teacher, sound therapist, breathwork coach, sacred dance facilitator and transformational retreat director. These have collectively enabled her to share her passion for movement and exploration of the mind, body & soul on a global scale.
Cat's passion for being a way-shower for other people is what makes her work so special. She is here to empower people to trust their inner guru, to connect with their intuition and to heal past wounds that have been holding them back.

ABOUT FELICITY WESTON
Felicity Weston, founder of Ookushana School of Healing, is a Medicine Woman, Intuitive Healer & Mentor - working with ceremony, ritual, sound, movement & energy.
After 6 years in higher education, completing 2 degrees, Felicity found her way back to her soul’s path in 2012 and began to study and train in various cultures' Spiritual traditions, including South American Shamanism and The Medicine Wheel, African Shamanism & Ancestral Lineage Healing, Shamanic Womb Healing, Conscious Birthing, Usui Reiki Healing, (to Master Teacher Level), Sivinanda & Hatha Yoga (200hr), and Advanced Sound Therapy.
Felicity works with a number of plant medicines - her greatest allies, and has trained as a cacao-facilitator with Keith - The original chocolate shaman. She has also completed trainings in ayurvedic yoga massage & bodywork, breathwork, naturopathic nutrition, among many other CPD courses.
Felicity specialises in Feminine Alchemy, Womb Wisdom and Ancestral Healing, as well as mentoring other healers to hone and trust their gifts.
