Join Cat Meffan, founder of the Soul Sanctuary for an immersive online day retreat, on Sunday June 9th.

Here's what we'll be working through during our day together....

10am - Free movement

10:30am - 90 minute Dynamic Flow

12:30pm - 45 minute Q&A

** 1:15pm Lunch Break **

2:45pm - 45 minute Pranayama and meditation

4:00pm - 60 minute yin

To get the most out of this online day retreat experience, we recommend setting up a sacred space with your yoga mat and props. If you live with others, let them know that you'll be immersed in this retreat and set the boundary of having most of the day to yourself. We recommend nourishing yourself with good food, either prepping it the day before, or planning something delicious to eat. What we put into our body is even more important than what we do with our body.

* This online retreat will take place on Zoom and all ticket holders will be sent the link to join 24 hours before the retreat begins. Only Zoom participants with a name that correlates to their ticket will be able to join, so please make sure your name matches.
