YOUR YOGANUARY 10.0 JOURNEY
Over 31 days, our Founder Cat Meffan, and our incredible lineup of guest teachers, will guide you through practices that weave movement, stillness, reflection, and sound. Each experience is designed to meet you where you are and bring you back home to yourself.
Together, they’ll lead you through the five chapters of RECLAIM - from returning to releasing, rewiring to rising, and finally radiating into the world. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a variety of practices: dynamic flows, nourishing yin and restorative, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, mixed movement, kundalini and soulful rituals that honour every layer of your being. This journey is available for all levels - beginners through to advance yogis.

THE FIVE CHAPTERS OF RECLAIM
CHAPTER 1: RETURN • Come home to yourself
We begin with the sacred pause. A remembering.
RETURN invites you to reconnect with your essence beyond the noise and pace of life. Through slow, intentional flows, nourishing breathwork, and self-inquiry, we rediscover the concept of “home” - within the body, the breath, and the soul.
This is your foundation. Your grounding. Your soft and powerful return.
CHAPTER 2: RELEASE • Let go with grace
Now comes the shedding.
Old narratives, outdated patterns, and stored tension are ready to be released. Through dynamic flows, deep stretches, somatic movement, and emotional release techniques, we make space for renewal.
This week is a gentle exhale - a space to soften your grip and trust the process. In the letting go, your true essence begins to rise.
CHAPTER 3: REWIRE • Reprogram with intention
With space cleared, new foundations can form.
REWIRE is about conscious choice - the thoughts you feed, the habits you honour, the energy you reclaim. Expect mindset work, breath-led movement, visualisations, meditations, affirmations, and intentional flows that help you align your thoughts, words, and actions.
This is your invitation to rewrite your story - one breath, one belief, one practice at a time.
CHAPTER 4: RISE • TAKE UP SPACE
This is the emergence. The embodiment.
With grounded foundations, you’re ready to expand.
Through vibrant, empowered flows, activating breathwork, voice practices, and bold self-expression, you’ll explore what it means to take up space - in your body, in your relationships, and in the world.
RISE is the moment you step into your reclaimed energy and stand tall in your truth.
CHAPTER 5: RADIATE • Let your light shine
Finally, we integrate and celebrate.
You’ve returned, released, rewired, and risen - now it’s time to radiate.
Through heart-opening movement, joyful expression, and soulful reflection, we anchor the transformation you’ve created.
RADIATE reminds us that true power doesn’t come from force, it flows from alignment, authenticity, and presence. This is your light. Let it shine.

PRACTICING AT HOME - PROPS + SUPPORT
Your Yoganuary practice can be beautifully supported, and props are a wonderful way to bring more presence, comfort, and creativity to your movement.
You don’t need fancy equipment; in fact, some of the best props are already in your home. A rolled-up blanket, a cushion, or a sturdy book can offer just as much grounding as a yoga bolster, block, or strap.
Throughout Yoganuary, you’ll see our teachers using props to deepen stretches, release tension, and find greater ease - so feel free to experiment and make each practice your own.
