Day 9 (Release) - Power To Let Go
A strong, 45-minute breath-led vinyasa flow designed to help you release what no longer serves. Through dynamic transitions, intentional sequencing and moments of challenge, this practice invites you to observe what arises when things feel uncomfortable - not to push or prove, but to soften resistance and let go.
Challenging postures act as mirrors, offering space to meet the ego with awareness, create strength with integrity, and cultivate freedom in body, mind and spirit.

She believes reclaiming your energy and presence begins with reconnecting to your body and intuition, exploring the space between movement and stillness to rediscover freedom and openness. Through a heart-opening mandala flow and empowering vinyasa sequence, Lita invites students to expand their energy, step into their strength, and rise with clarity. Her teaching guides a gentle yet powerful reclamation of confidence, radiance, and alignment, supporting students to fully inhabit their truth on and off the mat.

Day 13 (Release) - The Space Between
A fluid mandala flow centred around backbends and circular movement, inviting you to explore the space between effort and ease. Through rhythmic transitions and moments of stillness, you’ll expand through the heart and discover how freedom arises from awareness - in the pause between breath, movement and release.
Day 24 (Rise) - Stand Tall, Shine Bright
A dynamic and empowering vinyasa designed to awaken inner strength, clarity and confidence. Expect strong transitions, creative sequencing and grounding foundational postures, all supported by steady breath and mindful alignment.
