
This a pre-recorded online experience designed to help you align with the seasonal energy of spring. With yoga, free movement, pranayama, meditation and restorative practices, this retreat is your opportunity to step back, reconnect, and prepare to blossom into your best self.
We’ll be flowing as a community for an At Home Retreat Day on Sunday 9th March. Your day will begin with a LIVE check-in at 8.45am (UK time) before going ahead with pre-recorded classes and a suggested schedule of rituals you can do at home.
As the spring equinox approaches, nature reminds us of the beauty of balance, growth and new beginnings. This seasonal shift, with equal hours of light and dark depending on where you are based in the world, invites us to reflect, recharge, and plant the seeds for the 2025 version of ourselves. What better way to embrace this energy than with a day dedicated to intentional movement, awareness, renewal, self-care, and slowing down?
So why an At-Home Retreat?
Modern life often pulls us in a million directions, leaving little room for rest or introspection. A retreat offers a chance to pause, recharge, and come back to yourself. While travelling to a retreat centre isn’t always feasible, creating a sacred space in your home allows you to access this transformative experience without the stress of packing, travel or finances.
Spring is a season of renewal and growth, making it the perfect time to align with the energy of the equinox with intentional movement, setting goals for the year ahead and nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

Preparing for Your At-Home Retreat
To fully immerse yourself, preparation is key. Here’s how to get ready for your soulful day:
🔸 SET UP YOUR SPACE: Create a dedicated yoga area with your mat, props, and candles for ambience.
🔸 PREPARE YOUR MEALS IN ADVANCE: Plan and prepare nourishing dishes in advance to keep your day stress-free.
** Prepare nourishing retreat day meals using recipes from our beautiful Retreat Chef, Toni. Shared in your retreat pack PDF (which will be shared by email the week before the retreat day).
🔸 DISCONNECT FROM TECH: Log out of social media and silence notifications for a distraction-free retreat.
🔸 GATHER ESSENTIALS: Have a journal and pen, headphones, water, and anything else you may need on hand.
🔸 DOWNLOAD YOUR PLAYLISTS READY FOR THE DAY: Shared in your retreat pack PDF (which will be shared by email the week before the retreat day).

Flow through our monthly classes week by week (as outlined below), or join us for the ‘At Home Day Retreat’ on Sunday, March 9th where we will enjoy the majority of the practices this month on one day. Remember, if you can’t join us on the 9th of March - no worries - you can create your own retreat on a day that suits you. Our suggested calendar below is designed for you to enjoy daily / weekly classes at your own pace alongside our new practices.
